Er setzt sich zusammen aus der Kurzbezeichnung fuer die Schablone, dem CountryStateCode, dem WorkAreaCode oder dem RiverBasinDistrictCode und wird um die Dateinamenserweiterung XML ergaenzt. Report which type(s) of exemption apply if good chemical status is not expected to be achieved by 2021 for the priority substance being reported. Exemptions do not need to be applied for the new substances added by Directive 2013/39/EU, which should not be taken into account in assessing chemical status. Article 4(6) exemptions can be reported if relevant for chemical status (e.g. accidents). Article 4(7) exemptions are not relevant for good chemical status and therefore cannot be reported. Quality checks: Within-schema check: The option 'No exemption' is not compatible with any other option. The options ‘Article4(7) - New modification’ and ‘Article4(7) - Sustainable human development’ are not valid options. Die Feinbegründungen (z.B. Wert 1-1, etc.) sind auf Wasserkörperebene anzugeben und nicht Teil der elektronischen Berichterstattung an die KOM: sie werden hierfür auf die allgemeinere Begründung zurückgeführt (z.B. Wert 1, etc.). Für Stoffe, die in Codeliste PSCode, Spalte ORIGIN, mit der Angabe „2013/39/EU“ vermerkt sind, ist der Wert 11 „No exemption“ zu verwenden.
